  As you can see from the responses this company has for reviews - they aren't very professional and neither are their drivers. I wasn't going to review the company until I saw that others had been victim of their collectors mishandling and damaging property that does not belong to them. One day in the struggle to get them to actually take our trash their employee took our personal 100gal can full of bags and just kicked it over the slope of our lawn (observed first hand) spilling it's contents out and consequently damaging the bottom of the can. Though it can still be used, it will certainly not last as long, as many others have said if you have other options - go with another company. Collection staff are the face of their company and should be held to a reputable standard, especially being a company that has been a part of the community for so long.
